He contacted me a day or two later with his quote and it was a MUCH better number than the previous company. He sent me a detailed contract with the costs and timeline. I signed it, sent it back, and gave him half of the total project cost as a down payment. He and his crew began working at my house at the agreed upon date (about to weeks after the contract was signed), and they were able to finish in a very timely manner. They made sure that I was happy with the path of the fence before they began digging the post holes and confirmed that they were on the property line. The ground at my home was a mixture of rock/boulder, tree roots, and very little dirt. They were able to either get through or move the numerous obstacles to give me a beautifully straight and secure fence. Marty and his team were kind, pleasant, and easy to work with. "I called Jessie and described our problem which was a metal outdoor railing that had a potion of it rusted through at one of the ends. He asked that I text him pictures and he would either give an estimate in reply or schedule an appointment to assess the damage. I heard back from him with a bid and said he could start the following morning. Jessie's communication with us was exceptional which unfortunately is quite rare. He arrived the following day at the time he designated and immediately got to work. He cut out the damaged portion of the railing, cut and welded in the new piece and reattached the end of the railing onto a vertical wooden structure where the railing terminated. The finished product was literally better than new with new drain holes drilled along the bottom of the entire rail to prevent and rusting in the future. Jessie is very pleasant and easy to work with. He did an excellent and professional jot. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service."
