"I cannot give a higher recommendation. They were fantastic. We were doing some small renovations on a condo at Purg and simply couldn't get there ourselves. We were running out of time and even though they were booked up through the day, they drove a large distance from their prior site to work at our place late last night. They were able to get everything done with high quality so that we could meet our timeline. Very professional and cordial people. They went above and beyond to figure out solutions on issues that wouldn't directly work."

"They rescheduled the appointment several times, but eventually got the work done. The Home Advisor estimate was way off, but the contractor was willing to come down to what Home Advisor quoted. I think the job was larger than they were expecting, even though the owner came by to look at the project before starting. All in all, the contractor did a stellar job for the price Home Advisor quoted. It took longer than we thought. I don't think Home Advisor did a good job of estimating the cost for them."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Pleasant-view, CO

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
