"I had taken 5 bids to replace our natural grass backyard with synthetic grass as it was becoming difficult to maintain the natural grass and it was taking a lot of water. Oscar was prompt to come and set up time he provided several suggestions like adding paver lights in the design which will look very nice without significantly increasing the cost. He also looked at the backyard doors and recommended that we replace them and provided several suggestions on metal doors with automatic wifi controlled locks. Then he provided a written estimate and I got 4 additional bids for the same scope. He wasn't the cheapest but he was most thorough in his estimates. The workmanship was very good as well. His crew was professional, came on time and ensured the work is done to my satisfaction. I will use him again for any of my landscaping needs."

He helped us in demolishing a front deck and replacing it with concrete, relocating a tree from the backyard to the front area and assisting with other odds and ends around the house like fixing the lock on the front window, fixing the latch on the entry fence, etc. Geico Builders were professional, courteous, efficient and did great work.
