"Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. "Tony was very expert and skilled in all of the things we needed. We started with a bare yard and he laid out stamped concrete, plants, an extensive drip system, 12 volt lighting with timers, and two 110 circuits. He also installed french drains for drainage, and constructed a wooden gazebo kit. He was easy to work with and had many good ideas of his own. He was also prompt and complete. We are very happy."
