"Job was to install a new retaining wall, install metal landscape edging, handset 8 cu yards of river rock throughout the back yard, grade the backyard open area and install 1600 sq ft of sod. A big job with an outcome that was OUTSTANDING. Carlos and his team worked efficiently and deliberately, keeping me engaged to make sure my vision was realized. They are simply THE BEST. Materials and workmanship were both fist rate. I would recommend them for any landscape project you have. In fact, I already have them on my calendar for a new job this fall...on the front yard. NARANJO, Carlos and his crew are exceptional. Can't miss. Thank you Carlos! "

"<strong><em>  First of all, Mikes' Landscaping sub-contracted out the job to Herron Contractors, who I knew nothing about but since Mikes Landscaping was recommended by Angies List and he used them they must be OK.  Well Herron Contractors turned out to be a one man show who could not come til 4:45 pm each day due to his full time job.  It is done he is paid.  I will not use Mikes Landscaping or Herron Contractors again.</em></strong> <br />"

"Tony and his crew did part of our driveway and a walkway 4 weeks ago. He and his team were professional, informative, punctual, and trustworthy. The job was reasonably priced and expertly done. Tony even called after the job was completed to follow-up and make sure that we were pleased with the work. The best experience we’ve had with a contractor to date! We highly recommend Bayshore Concrete and would not hesitate to hire them again for future concrete and masonry work!"

"Excellent. <br /> Wes came by personally to do the estimate and even one after the work was done to check on some bushes and whatnot that have been growing fairly untamed in our backyard. <br />"

"They were awesome. They were so wonderful that I will be using them again at the end of the year. They were truly awesome. They came out and put everything up. I never knew that they had come out. The decoration was beautiful. The work that they did was well worth every penny of the extravagance. They came out and took it down when I was not at home. They were immaculate. They put everything up and took everything down. All I had to do was stand back and admire."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Pleasantville, NJ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
