"While the owner was sure the job would restore the grout to almost perfect, he did say the tiles were a problem.  Freddy, the technician, tried about four or five different cleaners - he even left to go to the local hardware store to get another product - but the tiles themselves did not respond perfectly.  The grout, with the final glaze, evened everything out and I am pleased it all looks so much cleaner now.  Freddy was hard at work from about 8:30 am to about 3:30 or 4 PM, with time out for a trip to the store and a quick lunch.  Very professional.
