"In 2024, I spent about $20,000 with PI Roofing on a new roof and fascia repair. Within six months an area where they replaced the fascia detached from my house. This spring my roof has a leak. During the quote phase, they told me they'd haul off an old TV antenna. (It is still here). After the job was finished there were roofing materials left in my driveway. (I had to call to get those picked up). When I signed this contract, my Dad made fun of me for spending so much. I thought it would be worth it because of the warranty. I was even excited about the promised roof checkup they provide free in the first year, but it turns out you will not get the free checkup unless you demand it. And the warranty doesn't cover all that much. I have dealt with some very nice people at this company and have avoided writing a negative review for quite some time, but the bottom line is I cannot recommend this company. I have to believe there are better roofing businesses in the area."

When I returned from work the roof was finished and I couldn’t even tell they had been there, there was zero mess. The only evidence was a beautiful new roof. "I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
