"Had a 8-10 week backlog due to pandemic, but finally got the work scheduled. Showed up on time. Reviewed scope of work and got to work straight away. I added several windows on back & side of house to be painted & caulked. Add-on work was rather expensive relative to initial proposal, but the windows are on upper floor. Work was good overall. On close inspection, some prep work could have been done better. One extra request to apply mullion tape to the seams of several double windows was only completed on one window, and the old tape was not completely removed, leaving the mullion seam looking poor. Skipping the other windows may have been the result of miscommunication on my part. Other work was done well. Clean-up was good."

"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"Good as Gold brought my two level deck back to life. They used the highest quality materials and supplies. The deck boards are median cocoa color, spindles and railings white. I love the contrast. It s a master piece! Greg was so great to work with. I will have them back to do more work inside the home."

"My experience with Picasso Painting was excellent in all aspects of working with them. The owner, Rob Cook, was extremely reliable and professional - in his communications, scheduling, and workmanship. He’s a perfectionist, which in this line of work is an especially great trait. He and his team take great pride in everything they do - from the prep work including protecting everything in the area they are working and thoroughly preparing surfaces before any painting occurs all the way through to the final results and leaving the home the way they found it (or better!) I also liked that I could talk to Rob about my ideas for colors and he would help me with decisions as much as I wanted. And when the initial color I picked for one room wasn’t an ideal choice he called me to suggest I come look at it before he continued as he thought I wouldn’t be happy. He was right and I was appreciative he did that instead of just continuing on since I had said it was the color I wanted. We changed colors with his help and the new selection was so much better to coordinate with our new carpeting and what I was really initially trying for. I initially hired Picasso to paint just 2 rooms with cathedral ceilings before we moved into our new house and we planned to do the rest - but once we saw how spectacular the results were we knew we needed the rest of the home to look equally as good and so we hired them to complete many other rooms! Picasso Painting has a busy and full calendar these days but they are worth the wait!!"
