"They were very good. They came by and did the work; I was very pleased with them. They were responsive and very detailed oriented. They cleaned up beautifully and they did exactly what they said they would. Their staff members were exactly what I expected. They were good, polite and nice to work with. I paid $69 through an Angie's List "Big Deal" for what was advertised as a "complete home mold inspection".

What I got was a single swab of a single beam in the attic. Two other companies I called out for estimates did this exact test... for free.

The estimate I was given for mold remediation by PIC Home Pros was TRIPLE the lowest estimate I received for the same work, even the same brand of products, and exactly DOUBLE the middle estimate from the company I ended up going with.  I have never been more sure that getting at least 3 estimates is the only way to know you're not getting ripped off... and I would certainly have been ripped off if I'd had this work done by PIC.

That being said, the inspector who came to my home was on time, professional, and not pushy when I saw the estimate and said "umm...we'll have to talk about this and get back to you".
