"My driveway and (240') sidewalk was a large job, as well as being technically complex. My house is situated on a hill above the road, and I needed to reduce the slope of the driveway to make it safe for my daughter (who uses a wheelchair). Also, my van would scrape each time we drove across the gutter that divides the driveway from the road. Final Aspect is a small crew, but outstanding in their profession. They visited multiple times and ensured they had a good plan and that I understood all aspects of the job. They planned the work to be flexible with other contractors which I scheduled simultaneously to work in my front yard. They communicated well with my wife and I, and made accommodations to the order of work so that my wife had the least interruptions to her schedule (due to the driveway removal, grading and paving). They were also very kind and friendly with my young kids who were curious about the construction work being performed. We became quite friendly with them during the course of this project. The final product looks outstanding and is safe for my daughter's wheelchair and is pitched perfectly so my van smoothly crosses the gutter. There is no doubt that I would hire Final Aspect for another concrete job!!"

"Great father and son team! They came when they said they would, they were careful not to damage the garage and flower beds when they dug up the old concrete, and they worked long hours to finish the project quickly as well as doing an excellent job. They spent the time needed to dig up mud and pack in lots of fill and put in rebar to make sure the concrete lasts. We really appreciate their work ethic as well as how easy they were to work with."

"The removal and new driveway install was completed well. The concrete edging and the flower bed blocks look great and work well. Some other retaining blocks were moved out of place and are now paved in that position. That was 2 years ago and I have recently contacted the company to have a sealer put on. I am concerned that the driveway (new asphalt) isn't holding up as well as it should. The spray sealer on the old asphalt isn't holding up very well. When applied the 2 technicians used blowers to clear the dirt and debris. I'm not certain that was as through as it might have been. Overall, I am pleased with the project and will be working with them again. <br />"

"Keith, the owner provided the estimate and explained what the crew would do. I was called a couple of days later and asked if they could complete the work that day. Unfortunately I was have company and decided to wait a couple of weeks. Prior to the work day, two representatives came to the house to introduce themselves; I received a confirmation call the day before the work day. On application day, the crew arrived and got to work blowing the  leaves and debris from the driveway. I understood that large blowers would be used, and for the most part that was just fine. In one section a chain fence allowed the powerful air stream to blow my bark mulch onto the lawn. I had some clean up to do in that area. The men were very careful applying the sealer. I have concrete edging on one side and decorative block on the other edge of the drive. They carefully applied the sealer and for the most part kept it away from each side. There are a few spots, but nothing very noticeable. The application was completed on a Friday. On Monday, Keith again stopped by to check the work and verify that I was satisfied with the job. <br />"

"Came and tore out old concrete and was planning on finishing the job the next day, but because my old driveway had been so broken and cracked, the ground underneath was so wet it was almost mud. So they waited a week while the ground dried out. Then came and prepped the ground put gravel down and fully compacted it. Put rebar anchors in my existing slab and steps, and poured my new 6" slab. I needed a 6" slab because I occasionally park my semi truck in my driveway. Then they poured the new sidewalk to city code, and broom finished everything. They then put sealer on the whole job. Came back the next day to remove their forms and even back filled dirt to fill the gaps to my lawn. Then blocked the driveway so no one would accidentally drive on it for the next week while everything cured properly. Throughout my experience with this company, any and all questions or concerns that I had were answered promptly. The owner, Nick Jensen, was always available, and usually on site working right along with his employees. Excellent job, would hire them again."
