"We had them come one time so far. To be truthful we were not impressed with the quality of work. They did not move things to dust. They made an attempt to dust around things and missed some spots altogether. They did not move things when they mopped. There was a dirty area under the garbage can that was missed. The mirrors were streaky On the final walk through my wife brought to their attention that the top tier of the counter top had not been cleaned. She made a quick attempt to wipe it down and it was just that an attempt. My wife and I made it clear that she has a chemical sensitivity, an intolerance to harsh chemicals and perfume fragrance smells. Some powder was used on the carpet that was offensive to my wife. They used are stick vacuum on the carpets. It is designed for small areas not full size rooms. If I knew they needed a vacuum I would have supplied one that was designed for vacuuming a full size room with carpet. The women were both very pleasant and friendly, very attentive when we showed them what we needed done.. We look forward to their second time coming to are home. We are sure now that they know what is expected we'll be writing a rave review next time!"

"I was VERY IMPRESSED with this company. Quite appropiately named, as Pristine is the only way to describe my apartment when they finiished with it. Moving is stressful, and the last thing you want to think about is having to give every nook and cranny the once-over. These people don't seem to be afraid of any cleaning task, even though I had them doing what I thought were the most dreadful jobs! And, get this, they seemed to enjoy it!       ......I know!
Clearly their specialists are well trained and take pride in the high-quality work they provide. I would absolutely use them again, and I'm the type who likes to be independent and oversee everthing! This company was amazing, I think they may have done a better job than I would have myself - which is huge. They definitely passed my "white glove" test!
