Now, the cost for what was done was excessive. Just to diagnose the problem (two non-working outlets and one coach light, and to install an outlet in the kitchen) was over three hundred. They were suppose to apply some of it to the final cost but it certainly didn?t feel like it after I dished out six hundred. And that was only for installing a new outlet, the coach light was working just fine and it was going to be too expensive to fix the non-working outlet."

"I called Aarrow on Monday morning when over the weekend I lost electricity in one of the rooms of my house. Prior to calling, I checked the circuit breakers etc.  The returned the call promptly, came to the house same day, and found/fixed the issue. "This is the third time that we have used Juan for electrical projects and he has always done a great job at a reasonable price.   Our living room had no overhead lighting and we were tired of having the lamp cords run across the floor.   Our house is a 2 story and there are high vaulted ceilings with skylights over the living room.   The house was constructed in 1980 and definately has some quirks.   Juan was very patient and persistent even when running into some structural issues (studs in the way) when other electricians would have given up.   He took his time and got the job completed.   We love our new lights and would definately reccommend Juan to anyone who needs electrical work. <br />"

"Kenzie, at the front office was extremely organized and kept in constant communication with us about when to expect the technician, Joe R. They have an easy process for specing out the work, scheduling and payment. Joe R., our technician, was professional, friendly, respectful of our home (cleaned-up), and was knowledgeable. He installed six ceiling fans, removed two chandeliers and installed eight recesses lights - four in the dining room and four in the kitchen. We supplied the fans and recessed lights. All of the work is so nice that it looks like it was included when the house was built two years ago. We will contact them again if we need any electrical work done."
