"Jeff did an excellent job. He came at my convenience, which was late in the day, and the amount billed was approximately what I expected. there was one issue that occurred which allowed him to demonstrate excellent service and principles and I would definitely call him back if I need repair again.
My ice maker was leaking internally and water was also leaking from under the fridge and I may not have made that clear when I explained the situation. After his initial visit, during which the ice maker was replaced, water was still leaking from underneath. When I called and told him, he came out on a Saturday morning, repaired that leak, and charged me for the part only; he did not charge a second service call.
