"We were experiencing some nagging health problems (coughing, etc.) and suspected it may be a result of mold in our duct work. I scheduled an appt. with the Duct Doctor and after having to do a reschedule the team arrived exactly at the time designated, assessed our situation and confirmed there was mold in the duct work. They said they could clean it out and recommended we also sanitize the ducts upon completion of the cleaning. All of the men were extremely courteous and respectful of our home and my husband and I. We work from home and the team was very quiet and thorough. They covered any furniture that might be affected by falling debris from the vents. <br /> After finishing the cleaning and sanitizing, they vacuumed and cleaned up all the mess that had dropped from the vents. All in all we are very pleased with the results. Immediately the air in the house felt cleaner.
