"The cleaners arrived almost two hours late. Neither worker spoke English. I wanted to pay with a check at time of service as is requested in the quote, but they didn’t understand. I telephoned Jasmine at the office to confirm that I would mail the check. She never returned my call. Seven days later, I received an email with an invoice attached stating that they worked an extra hour which totaled seven hours and would like to charge for that hour. They worked three hours. I agreed to the pay the price of the original quote no more. And I mailed the check in full according to that quote four days prior to receiving the new revised quote. It was incumbent on them to skillfully estimate the job. Needless to say I am less than pleased."

"I had a good experience with this company. They were professional and they cleaned the exterior of all my windows, our clogged gutters & downspouts and our solar panels. The only small piece of feedback I have is that I wish they had cleaned up a bit more after themselves as their was some gutter debris on my patio and in my lawn/garden when I got home. But it was not a big amount, so I am not taking that big of a deduction off my review. Also, I want to give a big thanks to Christy who made sure the job got done on time. I had forgotten to unlock my back gate when I left for work, and she said it was no problem...they could use their ladder to get over my fence. I will be hiring B&B again and I recommend their services. Thank you for your help!"
