"It went wonderfully. I was aware that my dryer vent had not been cleaned for a number of years. So I was not surprised when I got a new dryer and one of the dryer warning lights came on indicating the need to check my venting system. Dryer Vent Wizard promptly responded to my request for a quote. They were amazing. My dryer vented into the crawl space but needed to vent to the outside. The location of my dryer prevented them from going through the ceiling. I was reluctant to have them go through the brick outside wall of the crawl space which, at first, seemed the only alternative. John however devised a way to go through an existing grate. This required him to use a tool which he did not have with him. Because it was the weekend he said I would get a call to schedule his return . I got the call as promised and he came back that Monday (with an assistant) and finished the job. I was very pleased with his professionalism, his willingness to honor my preferences, and his observance of social distancing. I knew I had made the right choice when I opened the door to both John and his assistant already wearing their masks. Both gentlemen went about the job with care and respect for my property including the cleanup. I would definitely hire this company again ."

"We just purchased this home and wanted to be sure the gas fireplace was not only in working order and clean, but also needed to know how to safely operate it since we've never had a gas fireplace before.  We also wanted to be sure our dryer vent was clean and safe. <br /> First of all, let me say Hoosier Chimney Sweep is very big on education.  I learned a lot during their time at our house.  They not only showed me how to use a gas fireplace, but then had me operate it on my own.  They explained very thoroughly what type of fireplace we have and why the damper in a gas fireplace is not to be fully closed.  They did an excellent job cleaning it out as well as cleaning the logs, and re-stacked and positioned the logs so the flame burns correctly through them.  They also found kinks in the gas line and a leak, all of which were repaired.  In addition, they are helping me find glass doors that will fit our particular fireplace. <br /> The dryer vent turned out to be terribly full of lint and was a real fire hazard.  Again, they educated me about dryer vents and explained what they were doing every step of the way.  The before and after photos were unbelievable and it was a real eye-opener about keeping that vent clean.   <br /> Even though they'd encountered delays at previous jobs that day, they still arrived working into the evening.  Their office phoned me ahead of time about the delays and kept me informed.  I offered to reschedule but they were glad to still come if it was OK with me.  These folks are all about service.  I was so impressed with them.  They obviously believe in what they do, and are committed to their customers. <br /> For all the work they did and the amount of time spent, I felt their charges were extremely reasonable.  The amount indicated is the total for everything - chimney/fireplace and repairs, and dryer venting and repairs.  THEY ARE CERTIFIED, which is so important.   They were all about making sure things were safely operational.  I highly, highly recommend them. <br />"

"All aspects of the contacts and service provided by Quality were excellent.  The service tech was friendly, professional and helpful in explaining the state of the furnace, work done and suggestions regarding options available on the original Aprilaire Humidfier that is part of the furnace air flow duct work. <br />"

"Bolls had originally come to clean our furnace but discovered leaks in the heat exchanger. The same afternoon a representative returned to our home and priced a new unit. We were offered a time slot two days later to have it installed. They arrived on time and laid a runner down from our back door all the way down the stairs and across our basement. The old furnace was removed, new PVC pipes were vented through the outside brick wall as this was a more fuel efficient model, and the new furnace was installed. They also reattached our central air filter, our zone heating unit, and our central humidifier. They cemented around the pipes they had run to the outside, cleaned up after themselves, and gave us time to inspect their work and ask any questions we might have. They explained the differences between the old and new furnace and gave us some pointers (like keeping the grandkids from dropping small toys into the outside pipes). The entire time they were in our home they wore footies to protect our floors and they were very careful to avoid gouging the walls or damaging the woodwork. We could not be more pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future. Bolls Heating and Cooling are a small company and we prefer to get to know the folks who work in and on our home instead of having strangers every time doing the work. A truly great little business!!"

"OMG hire these people - they are GREAT! First they are very responsive. They call back and give you all the information you need. After the technician came to our house to diagnose the duct problem the owner called me and we talked about what work needed to be done and he gave me a rough estimate. When that changed due to new problems (our house is older) they called again. Great! I love working with people who communicate with me and are honest. The workers that came to our house were incredibly professional and nice. They were also extremely courteous. They were very thoughtful when moving the dryer and laundry, asking if where they put the work was alright with us. They cleaned-up after themselves too. Frankly I would love to have the company back into my house since they do other forms of construction. I would totally hire them again."
