Provided 3 men instead of 2 at the same price. The movers were personable, professional, took care with my belongings and my home. Were extremely efficient in disassembling and reassembling larger furniture for movement up and down 3 flights of stairs. Completed moving two bedrooms and a home office worth of furniture in less than 2 hours. "The movers were absolutely fantastic. They were quick, efficient in space and time, friendly and talkative, and professional in getting to the right place at the right time. The quoters on the phone were also friendly, but purposefully skipped through a lot of the pricing details. They said things like "don't worry about supplies, the movers will have them" which is true, but they charge you for all of the tape, blankets and covers, which you don't get to keep (which the people on the phone won't tell you unless you ask). The quoters also skipped over the "18% fuel surcharge" until the day before my move. When I pressed them on that detail, they clarified that its 18% above your hourly subtotal, not 18% above the price of fuel they use. Its a frankly slimy way to hide the fact that your actual price of service is 18% higher than advertised. I loved the moving service day of, and would hire them again in a heartbeat, so it's frustrating to me that the slimy pricing/selling techniques are making me think twice about using their service again in the future."

"Everything was perfect. Movers were able to show up for a "last minute" move. They were not only on time, but early. Got the job done quickly. Wrapped everything for the move. I was going to do the move myself, however, after this experience, I was so pleased, why put myself through all that work. And the cost was far below what other movers wanted. Cut rate price for top rated movers!!!"

Petre and Daniel were our two movers. They called an hour before they were expected to arrive to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they scouted the house to plan how to load the truck. They were efficient with moving. They didn't stand around and waste time at all. We bought them lunch and provided them with bottles of water, which they were grateful for. Overall, they were very pleasant.

The big rave I have is that my husband and I were looking everywhere for our TV plug. The day after we moved I received a call from the company stating that they found the plug and a key when cleaning the truck. I explained that we had family in town and asked if they could overnight it to us. But, they did better than that! They drove it to us. They are located an hour away and drove it to us the very next morning.

The customer service was impeccable, and we'd definitely recommend them and use them again (God forbid we ever move again).
