Fresh Paint Des Moines started in 1994 by Scott Runyon, owner. It's birth was a result of two unresolved passions- the first was a desire to build a business that could provide a needed service to the community. Quality painting at affordable prices. \n\nThe second is a well found reason, "if you didn't have to work, what would you be doing". For Scott, that would be playing golf at Agusta but since that's not possible, he would rather be fixing up his house or someone else's property. \n\nScott has been painting for years.
