"We love the fence. We have never been able to have flowers and have lost shrubs and trees to the deer. We back to the woods. The fence looks great. The sale, prep before installation and the installation itself went very smooth!"

"I was very happy with CLM from their estimate to completion of the job. Their price was below the other two estimates I received. They told me when they expected the fencing to be in stock and began work right on schedule. The crew dug up all the roots and weeds that had grown between the two fences that they had to remove to put up the new fence."

"They installed my fence they did a very professional job all and all I’m very happy with my new fence thanks guys"

"We had a wooded fence Installed. The entire process leading up to the installation was easy and they had great communication. The crew that came out was very professional and they got everything done in just a few hours."

"I like a contractor that is simple, straight forward, no fancy sales pitch. I thought I needed the whole railing replaced. They stated that was a waste of money and just fix what I had for half the price. I like the honesty."

"If you are looking for an affordable contractor who does amazing work, look no further! The owner Rab and his team do excellent work. They replaced my front porch and deck. Excellent job!!! I would use them again and highly recommend. Roberto is very friendly, courteous, and works hard to get the job done right and on time. He worked as if this was his own home. He has great ideas and provided me with alternatives along the way. His ideas were on point and the design tweaks added that finishing touch I was looking for. Elegant yet functional. Do your homework and always get at least the quotes. If A Pair of Hands Contracting is on your list, I promise you'll see the difference."

"I had my front porch replaced/repaired and the outcome was more than I expected! The completed project has my wife and I extremely happy. The workers were meticulous in making the project look fantastic and I would hire them again."

"This ended up being bidded out to another contractor thru Lowe's. Was a pain trying to get in touch with the actual installer when there was an issue."

"We hired Precision Renovation after the city damaged the foundation of our building when they installed brick pavement in the alley. After getting several bids, Precision provided the most comprehensive estimate and very reasonable cost (although they were not the cheapest of bids, they were the most professional and detail oriented contractors). Fast forward 18 months, a delivery truck hit one of our retaining walls. Again, we got several estimates, and we called on Precision to provide one of those estimates. We choose Precision for the job, their estimate was inline with the other contractors, and were familiar and trusted the quality of Precision s work Like before, they were very professional, detailed oriented, cost effective and reliable. In both cases, they did the repairs in a timely fashion, finished products looked like there were no prior damages, and unlike many contractors, they did not start and stop, then come back in x-number of days/weeks to complete the project... They started and completed the job without any gaps of days/weeks in between the project. We highly recommend Precision and look forward to working with them again."

"Awesome job by Jose and his crew. They repaired the tile and ceiling in my bathroom."
