They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, parts and labor which would have been almost as much as i paid for the washer! Luke answered his phone. He was professional and knowledgeable and eager to make us happy. He knew what was wrong with my washer. Ordered the part and fixed it in the time frame he predicted. He charged me what he quoted over the phone. Now we are washing clothes again! Luke will be our appliance repair guy from now on!"

"From the moment they stepped in the door, I knew this would be a reputable company. They put down a floormat, and put footsie s on their feet so they would not track anything in the house. They explained what they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. After they finished with my dryer issue, they also asked how I was maintaining my other appliances. It seems I had been remiss in my refrigerator/freezer maintenance, so they took the time to deal with that also. I have never had Such spotless, personable, intelligent, and efficient technicians come to my house before. I have no reservations in recommending them to others."

"The rep clearly explained what the problem was and repaired it without resort to expensive parts. Our fridge is a Samsung that looks beautiful but troublesome most of the time. The electronics go bad: once had to replace circuit board at a cost of over $800. Always something goes wrong. Worse is their service center; waiting time for a tech to show up was ten days. We had to buy a separate freezer to prevent stuff, mostly meat, going bad. Star Service came by within 4 hours as promised."
