A number of the plants in the main bed in my front yard had died and/or needed trimming.  I contacted P&A Lawn and Landscaping based on the excellent comments on Angie's List.  Phillip, the owner, responded quickly to my call, was professional and easy to work with.  He suggested a plan for the landscaping and worked with me to meet my budget.  It was raining on the day we scheduled for the installation, and P&A worked through the rain.  Phillip was at my house during the installation working and directing his team.  This is a good representation of his professionalism and desire for a quality product.  The plants Phillip suggested and installed are beautiful and I couldn't be happier.  I've also hired P&A for my monthly lawn maintenance.

"When we first contacted Flavio, he got back to us right away. Within a couple of days he came out to look at the yard and give us a quote on keeping it maintained monthly. Upon arrival at our home, he was very nice and straightforward. We discussed what we expected out of a lawn care company and he was very willing to fulfill our lawn care needs. He gave us an extremely fair quote for monthly service in which he would come twice a month in the winter and three times a month in the summer in order to keep our lawn in tip top shape. The first time his crew came, it wasn't exactly what we wanted (not all the debris was cleaned up off the ground). However, we called Flavio and told him we were unhappy and he came out the same day to check his guys work. He was not rude or confrontational at all. On the contrary, he was eager to have his guys come back out and pick up the rest of the debris in order to make us completely satisfied with the job. He had his crew come back the next week and they did a great and thorough job! Our yard was a mess and he decided to not charge us an initial clean up charge but instead have his crew work on different sections of our yard little by little in order to get everything neat and tidy without the extra cost to us. Not only has he provided nice and prompt service, he also let us borrow a pump so that we could empty an old pond we have on the property so that he could come back and fill it in for us later. Overall, we have been very pleased with Flavio's service.
