And they agreed to install a missing baseboards and all process was completed as well. They provide you with the pictures of the future floor materials you want to be installed in your home prior the installation and how it will look in your home/rooms, so that you can see it right away if it suits you or not, what allows you to pick a better option, on my opinion. They gave me several samples to take home and then more samples until we wound up with exactly what we were looking for. I was concerned it might be a challenge because of the shape of the room and the location of the closets and height of the hallway tile. It was no problem for these masters. "The job itself went very well. The crew was friendly and professional. The floor still looks great 3 years on. The only issue, albeit a pretty big one, was a clogged toilet after the job was done. It took some time to get the plumber in. To no avail, as they exhausted all the standard clog removal techniques. We thought it could be the toilet itself, so we had it replaced, and that still did not fix it. Ultimately, they ended up breaking into the floor and found a rag was stuck pretty deep down in the plumbing. This all took around two weeks after the initial job. Being that it took so long to diagnose the issue, I didn't expect much when I contacted the company about it. They denied any wrongdoing. Thanks for the memories, and the $1100 plumbing bill."
