Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing."

"We hired David Bange Roofing to replace our roof that was at the end of its life. Alex from David Bange followed up with us and came by to go over that quote. Alex explained the entire process for us and also advised us what s covered in the project. We got 4 quarters before we signed with David Bange Roofing. Our choice was based on the price and their reputation. All the other quotes we received did include some wood replacement costs. David Bange did not include any wood in their quotes but they were still well below the price of the other companies to where with the wood included they were in the same ball park as our other quotes. They did a great job with the entire project, they actually waited to start the roof until our tile was ordered and ready to be shipped to minimize how long our house sits around without tile. The site manager Jorge was very friendly and made sure that all his workers completed the job properly. He even came by after the employees left to make sure everything was cleaned up properly and made sure there was no debris or nails left behind. Jorge even went as far as painting our vents to blend in with the roof so they are not an eye sore. Over all we were very pleased with the service and quality of work provided by David Bange Roofing and would definitely recommend them!"

"This review is long over due in coming. In March 2019, I decided to make the move and replace our roof. After getting several estimates, I was impressed with Tiger Team Roofing. Gigi scheduled the appointment and Kevin arrived exactly on time. Wow! The other appointments were not as considerate. Kevin walked the property and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was clear and to the point. There was no doubt on what I should expect. Then the surprise: No money due until the job was done right. Again, wow. The others all wanted money up front and were a vague on the whole process. From the moment I signed, things went right. Gigi or someone else from the office texted me every Friday to let me know how things were going. Estimate processed. Permit pulled. Plans submitted. Supplies ready for delivery. Start date. Inspection dates. Job done. I was never in doubt as to what was going on. In the end, I got a new roof, professionally installed, at a fair price, and left feeling as though I made the right choice. "Florida Standard roofing was there for us every step of the process. We asked for other miscellaneous work to be done along the roof replacement. The work required consultations from engineers, plumbers and other specialists and Florida Standard Roofing guided us and mediated with these specialists on our behalf for very reasonable fees, much less than I though it was going to cost. In the end the roof come out beautiful and everyone is impressed by the quality of the finishing."
