"After calling 2 other companies, Cesar was the only one who was able to provide a rough estimate from a photo for the curbing. The others either did not do that type of work or did not keep their appointments to come out to give me an estimate. <br /> Cesar met me the next day, confirmed the price he gave me form the photo I emailed him and did the job right then and there. I then asked him about stones to replace the mulch and about adding some additional plants.
