New fence has 4 foot spacing for the the 4x4 post, a 6x6 post to anchor the gate, and the pickets are secured individually (not pre-built). If you are looking for a wood fence that is going to last, this is very good deal for the money."

"The work was done. I am still upset because of the way the workers left my driveway and a large patch of paint was damaged on the garage siding. The worker came back to remove (rinse off) the sandy substance from the driveway but nothing was done to repair the paint damage. My husband hired the company. I would not hire them again or I would inspect their work before they leave."

Brian's team installed our camera system a couple of years ago, and he gave us a feeling of more safety and security. The cameras then can be seen through an online app (on your phone or through a special web address), but occasionally there's a glitch, as with most online things. Now, other companies might forget you or want more money after they've done the installation. But not Brian. The glitches are only every now and then, but when they happen, I reach out to him and he gets right on it. He stands by his systems and he troubleshoots it, and you're back up and running. "Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.
