He took measurements. He told me what parts needed replacement and which parts were fine. He displayed integrity by not trying to sell me anything I did not need. He gave me a quote in writing. I explained that I still had others coming to give me estimates and would call them if I chose their company. When I did choose them, they have an office that I was able to go to with a check for the deposit. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks. On the day they were due between 12-5.
