"I've been meaning to leave a review since we had the new roof installed but am just getting around to it now. Everything that was promised was done on time. The crew did a good job of keeping the yard clean during the whole process, and the new roof looks great. But, after the new roof was installed and the crew had gone, I was out in my yard and noticed several cracked tiles. I called to let them know and was told someone would be out to have a look and replace any damaged tiles. I was a little disappointed that this went unnoticed by the crew, but eventually it was taken care of before the inspection. Several weeks went by and then one day I noticed a lot of lint on the bathroom floor beneath the exhaust fan. I removed the cover and found the entire exhaust fan caked in what appeared to be dryer lint so I went up into the attic and found that the dryer exhaust venting was no longer attached to the roof vent, and the attic was covered in dryer lint. The bathroom exhaust was routed into the same roof vent, so much of the lint fell back into the bathroom venting. I called Tiger Team and someone came out and used metal tape to try and hold the dryer vent in place near the roof vent. This did not last very long and was very unprofessional. I eventually ended up relocating the dryer vent somewhere else. Also, while up in the attic making the dryer vent discovery, I noticed many of the things I had stored on shelving in the attic were moved or tossed to the floor where plywood had been replaced. More unprofessionalism."

In particular, Steve educated on where the problem was, the shoddy work that had been done previously on the roof, and the steps they were taking to rectify the problem. Not only did they fix the leak, but they applied additional Mortar around the Chimney that was missing and touched it off with fresh paint. Much Appreciated!"

Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing."
