"We had a great experience working with Chris and his crew (David and Julian). We initially reached out for help with a drainage issue in our backyard and now have a beautiful outdoor space complete with a new paver patio, French drain, bluestone walkway, and shrubbery. Chris was super responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient?taking the time to answer ALL of my questions?and was flexible with the many on-the-fly additions I requested. The timing was also great?within three weeks of meeting Chris, the job was complete, even with all the rain we had. We wouldn?t hesitate to contact Chris again for any future projects."

"They did a great job excavating our landscaping which the builders had left full of concrete and other construction debris. They hauled it all away and replaced it with high quality topsoil. They worked hard and got the job done quickly. They were easy to get them to schedule the job."

"I had the best service from these guys. They did my patio and fire pit exactly the way I wanted it. Iâ m really happy with the job these guys did and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best masonry contractor."

"As someone who works in building products, H&M was fair and quoted accurately. They were courteous and clean â installing stone porch, raiimgs, new garage floor and driveway â all look beautiful!"

"I was very satisfied with the installation.  The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and from all indications the installed product is of high quality.  The supervisor was extremely helpful with the planning and managed the job well.  He responded quickly when I notified the company a few days after the installation that some adjustment was needed on three of the sprinklers. The supervisor, workers, and the office staff that I interacted with were professional in every way.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company.   "

"Their communication is poor, I claimed a deal for the service and they called back and told me to make sure that the driveway is cleaned up, so I cleaned the driveway and prep it for them to do the sealcoating, the service was set to done tomorrow, I called them them up today to confirm the service tomorrow, the lady who answered said she would call me back in an hour, I never got a callback; I call them again and they now told me that its too far for them to provide the service, therefore unable to provide the service. I just have to look for another provider that would come and sealcoat my asphalt driveway. I would consider hiring them if they would come to my place and with a fair price too."

"Old wall down, new wall up and driveway prepped for paving in three days."

"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. We have not only found a landscaping company that we will use for the rest of our time in Totowa - we have found a partner we will use as long as they are in business."
