They took the time to weed wack, till the entire property, and ensure that they followed the pitch of our yard for drainage. On the day of install, the whole crew could not have been nicer. It was a HOT day and they kept checking in with us to let us know their progress and how to make sure we understood how to take care of it. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues.
