"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"I don't usually do reviews but they definitely earned my respect & admiration after replacing my roof a few weeks ago. After Hurricane Sally destroyed my 6 year old roof I started the seemingly unattainable task of finding a trusted company to install a new roof. The main criteria I was looking for was simple: honesty, timeliness, consideration for my property, quality of materials, quality of workmanship, and all at a fair price. My first contact with Tadlock was with Bill Harris. He's professional, hard-working, obviously dedicated to his profession and especially to his clients. I always got an honest answer - even if it wasn't the answer I necessarily wanted to hear. The crew that came out was fast and efficient at getting the site prepped around my house with tarps to minimize debris (nails!). They were hardworking, professional, and always kept me informed of progress. Getting a new roof during a pandemic is probably the most aggravating environment to try to run a business with kids being home-schooled but I couldn't have asked for a better crew to get the job done quickly and done right.
