A friend tried to fix it and did a pretty good job until he put the texture on. <br /> <br /> It was awful but Stacey fixed it. He had to sand, etc because it was painted. It looks great!! I was told I would have drywall dust everywhere when I got home but he had it taped off with plastic and no dust anywhere!! <br /> <br /> He also installed some dimmers, and a ceiling fan. <br /> <br /> Extremely nice, honest, good people! <br /> <br /> I would recommend to anyone (and have). We have been in Business for nine years, I have any where from 1 to 5 guys helping me. I like to do the biding and billing through email, but i can do it any way that works best for the job. Any type of inside work for the months of January through April i will take 15% off the job.

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
