The concrete cap is already cracked and was formed incorrectly because the crew failed to stop and replace a broken 2x4 used in the form. The pilings are crooked, the dock is not square with the floater, and the aluminum gangway does not meet code or industry standards. Due to safety concerns and leaning pilings, we have been unable to use our boat lift. The owner promotes hiring individuals in sobriety, which is commendable; however, workers were inexperienced, unsupervised, and in some cases freshly out of rehab while in active addiction.
