Arrived on time the following day at the scheduled appointment. 3. Determined the reason the dryer stopped working and the accompanying foul odor was due to a blockage(rabbit) in the ventline. 4. Removed the source of blockage and replaced 5ft of ventline located in crawl space. 5. Replaced exhaust tube from dryer to wall with a shorter one allowing the dryer to dry clothes faster. 6. Returned the following day, as promised, to install a secure cover at the end of the ventline located under the deck. 7. This company, Lintfighters, is one of only 2 service providers that I have been able to use from Angie's list who provide services to customers who live in the southern suburbs!!!!! <br />"

"Lanz was the highest of 4 quotes from local plumbers when I was looking to have multiple plumbing jobs completed, including the purchase and installation of a new water heater. I went with Lanz on the water heater only because they were quick to respond and were able to install it 2 days after my request. The Lanz rep, Ken, was very professional. On installation day, he had a younger guy helping him who seemed to struggle quite a bit and scratched up some furniture while bringing the new water heater in. He also left a large pipe in the yard that I had to dispose of. I chose to go with the least expensive water heater and still paid $1439.21 with Lanz. Others were significantly lower in price, but definitely not as quick to respond or schedule."
