"Mike called me back right away and fit my semi emergency in for 6am the next day. Mike was early and really knew what he was doing. We had an electrical short somewhere in the condo and he found it right away. Mike replaced the light and the disposal with no problem. Also brought the old outlet up to code by installing a GFI. I was very happy with the prompt return call unlike the other 15 electricians I called. A few of the electricians(who bothered to call me back) wanted to charge me 85 dollars just to come in the door and they couldn't squeeze me in until next week!! "We were very happy with the installation of our windows upstairs two years ago. Not only did they install the windows, but they added some can insulation to an area below the window, which has made a dramatic difference in our perception of warmth in our bathroom. The bathroom used to feel very cold in the winter, but now it is warmer. The company also installed patio doors, but the locking mechanism on the doors never worked correctly. We had to use the kick lock to lock the doors. However, due to our busy schedules, we didn't contact the company until two years later, but the company honored their warranty and fixed the door locks with no hassle.
