Our significant rehab lasted several months, and Erskine did the majority of it. He moved a wall to increase the size of our bathroom and did the beautiful tile work. He removed french doors and replaced them with a picture window, took out another window and added a new one. He found matching siding for the exterior after this work was done and installed it. He did other drywall and carpentry work throughout. He then painted our whole house. One stop shopping for high quality work. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!"

"Excel told they could replace my roof without any leaking. First time it rained it started leaking in 1 spot. They came out next morning and attempted to fix saying it was probably from high winds while raining and put a little more sealant on a joint but now it’s leaking again and it’s not raining that hard nor much wind this time. I will follow up to let everyone know if they get this fixed. My confidence is fading and if you got a new roof from Excel Metal roofing I wouldn’t just assume it’s not leaking, investigate and pop a few panels to see it there are any signs of leaking, just b/c you can’t see it does not mean it’s dry underneath!"
