"Environmental Testing & Research Laboratories, Inc. sent a package with 2 vials and instructions for collecting the samples.  I collected the samples as instructed, completed a questionnaire, and returned the sample vials as instructed.  A week or two later they sent the analysis.  Everything went as expected.  There were no problems. <br />"

"Everything went very well. They were very thorough and professional. They removed all of the materials (sheetrock, tile, insulation, etc.) that had been affected with the mold themselves. They did not leave it for me to clean up. The area was treated for mold and we were able to return to the home that evening."

"I have a yearly contract with them.  They have done no repairs so far.  I can't say anything bad about them.  They are pretty thorough.  Getting a contract deal with them is a lot cheaper than hiring somebody come out and do the servicing twice a year.  Their price is pretty good.  I pay an annual fee and they come out for the routine maintenance.  If I need any repair work done they get me fifteen percent off.  So far I haven't had to have any repair work done."

"This review also includes the termite inspection I had in 6/2013: received a letter from Family that my annual termite inspection was due. This letter included a bill so I could just send in a check and continue to maintain the termite contract with Family. It was easy to make an appointment and to make one that worked with my schedule. The technician was prompt and courteous. The outside inspection couldn't be conducted because of recent rain. He said he would inform the main office and someone would call to schedule this inspection, but no one called. I finally had a chance to follow up and had the second inspection as well as have my sprayed with pesticide. A different technician came and was prompt and courteous as well. Inspection and spraying were done and he went over the termite report with me. He did really well with my pups. I just had my house sprayed sprayed by this same gentleman. He was on time and courteous and he made sure he closed my gate so my pups wouldn't escape. Gave a B for price because the charge for spraying is a bit higher than an other company I used.  <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
