He called in the boss, Jeff Prouty, to address an ongoing issue in my garage with falling sheetrock of unknown cause. I've had several estimates, and this issue fixed once before, but no one was able to identify the cause of repeated ceiling failure...but all were willing to "replace", anyway. "First of all, I had to call the salesman, and I left messages, just to get a date on the work to be done. I was having my roof redone. Workers tried to go around my satellite dish. I tried to call office & left message that I had a problem. No call back! I fixed the problem with the crew, but it ended up looking like a patch job. So, don't expect for the office or salesman to respond to your messages if you have a problem!"
