He came out and thatched, aerated and reseeded. . Put topsoil down to help fill in the divots in the lawn and to give a good start to seeds. Came out later and fertilized. So happy to have a beautiful lawn again. We get lots of compliments from the neighborhood. Very reliable, and very thorough. Ryan will always be our lawn guy for sure."

"They used a blower to remove the stuff in the gutters. Much of it flew everywhere to include the roof, lawn, and concrete areas. That stuff that landed on the roof will probably wash back into the gutters at the frist rains. But what I'm really concerned about is possible damage done to the roof by the blower which was a very strong one. Won't know for sure until the rainy season starts. If I have my gutters cleaned again it won't be by blower."
