Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

Then, after showing him a weird thing on my laptop, he made a suggestion how I could fix it AND IT WORKED! Carl Clearly has a wide range of skills that I will be calling on again! "Horizon Services Warranty Entrapment New to Delaware, but struggling with a HVAC warranty issue with Horizon. Advice Please. I have been waiting 3 months for an Appointment to get my annual HVAC system serviced by the Horizon team. Starting this process in June, I was told that September 12th was now an Option after 10 min on hold. I did not accept this as this was another month out and I was not available. I have made no less than 5 attempts to get a service appt on my HVAC and each time, since the "10 Year Warranty" maintenance team is 1/10 the size of the fleet driving around, I was told I would be put on a waiting list to be called back. Nothing! No one ever called me. I keep calling them. Horrible! My frustration is a legal one: My system warranty was several thousand dollars on top of the new units and installation. However If i dont get a $149/year Annual Service I void this; if someone else services the units-I void this. I want a way out: 1) Horizon to reimburse or pay another HVAC company of my choosing to perform this service, and keep my warranty in tack in writing. 2) How about a business model for warranty holders: Schedule me like a Dentist....11-12 months year from my last appointment (provided not winter so my AC can be checked), they send me an appointment reminder. This is a big hassle, anyone else have this issue? PS> During my call 8/16 at around 10:30am, i told the representative this was it, if no call back, I would hit social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Nextdoor, BBB). "Never come to a person's house to fix an issue and leave the person with a problem. No matter what the problem is, let the person know and do your best to fix it, even if it costs more money. Fix it before you leave. No comebacks. You should never leave the work incomplete. I started with a leak on my pipes and they left my house with the pipes still leaking. What was the purpose of them coming? My bill is still going."

"Amazing quality, consideration and value. It’s been 6 months since Weber Home Improvement turned our large dining room window into a beautiful sliding glass door, giving us access to our back patio. Erick cordoned off the work area and made sure to work diligently and respect the rest of the house, I was able to work from home during all the work with no interruption at all. His team were open to hear me out throughout the project and proactively kept me informed of the progress throughout the job. The space looks better than I could’ve imagined.
