"Mark Roberts and the building crew were excellent! They removed our 384 sq. foot wood deck completely and installed a composite deck the same size. It is absolutely beautiful and we are getting compliments from everyone! Mark did a really good job inspecting our existing structure, explaining things to us, drawing up ideas for what we wanted (we originally wanted a deck/patio combo but the county wouldn't approve the permit), and helping us get a site survey. Mark came back after the county denied our original permit and did all the paperwork over again to get a full deck. He was very helpful and accommodating. There were no surprise costs and the job was done in about a week and a half. We have had to deal with some very poor contractors in the past when it came to our deck so we were skeptical but Deck and Fence Company did better than we expected.
