"These folks are GOOD! We called on a Thursday afternoon, Two Technicians arrived within 1 hour and diagnosed the problem( I had already had a friend who is a retired HVAC Tech diagnose our unit). Unfortunately; they couldn't get to us until the following Tuesday(until the new parts came in/another Service Crew was available) so their Service Writer put us up in a nice hotel at no charge to us. The following Tuesday they were on location and started on time, and were completed (2 hours!) before their estimate. "I posted an earlier review where I gave some low grades based on a charge for log removal. The owner (who usually goes on all jobs, but was unavailable when my services were performed) contacted me to get details. He refunded the $50 I was charged for removing the logs, and ensured the chimney had been cleaned. He said he would remind his assistants to mention any charge upfront. He asked if I experienced any uncomfortableness with the workers, based on my lower grade for professionalism. I said no, my irritation at the charge for removing the logs colored my rating for the overall, price, quality and professionalism ratings. Based on his responsiveness in checking to ensure the work was done properly and refund of unexpected charge, I would hire again, and recommend him to others."

"They first installed a thermostat that my nephew gave me, but it was much to difficult to use and program. The gentleman that installed the thermostat asked me if I wanted to learn how to use the thermostat and I told him that it was not going to be something I could do. He sold me another thermostat that was much easier to use and easier to see. They did not charge me for the time that it took them to install the first unit. I am very happy with the new thermostat and it works great."

"They use some type of paint that is anti-microbial that they use to paint all of the ducts, return vent. They also painted something in the attic to keep mold and mildew to keep from growing. They came in early, were prompt, stayed until about 2:30. They showed me the work that they had done afterward. The manager came out at my request to inspect the work that they had done."
