For the windows, there's really no substitute for Windex and elbow grease, but at least they were all washed. The company owner was very polite, responsive and responsible, and came back a third time to work more on the windows. The work took about 40 man-hours over 2.5 days and on day 1, the guys worked until after dark. My main issue was that I was blindsided on the price. I knew I'd have to pay more for a house larger than 4000 sq. ft., but considering I'd already paid $499, the request for the additional $850 was a surprise. My fault for not being clear about the pricing up-front, and as they offered to do extras e.g., the fence, the bill was adding up."
