"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

"The ladies worked hard, but weren't as thorough as I had expected and missed many surfaces (fans, desks, etc.).  They also didn't speak much English, so it was difficult.
I haven't found much luck with cleaning services on Angie's list.  I feel like I end up paying more than my local provider for inferior work and communication issues.  I would recommend Westside Maids over most places listed on here.

"It went well, the owner Lynn is very professional and puntucal. She really lives up to her motto professionalism at it's best. Her employees are very professional and courteous as well. I was very impressed because, I work early mornings and it is hard for my wife to get around after the baby. I called Oliver's Cleaning Service because I seen on their site that they do early morning shifts which worked out great for me. Lynn showed up at 5:30 am and left at 9:30 she did an excellent deep cleaning. I will be using Oliver's Cleaning Service on a weekly bases."
