"Artan arrived at 8:30am and got right to work. He repaired chaulkiing on FR floor and two cracked tiles. He then went on to repair chaulking in the walk in shower corner walls on two sides. He finished at 1:30pm and the job was completed. We supplied the tile. He supplied the chaulking to the floor and silicone chaulk in the shower. He also put chalking around two toilets at $25 each. The bill was $ 710. TOTAL. We discussed the estimate. We were leaving to go up north. And were pressed for time. You do the math!"

After each part was completed, payment was due, not before. This was the first time I didn't need to provide an initial upfront deposit.
