MFS Masonry
MFS Masonry was started in 1997 by owner Mike Sheehan who saw masonry as an art form from the beginning. After 16 years of working for other concrete brick and stone contractors he is out on his own.
"Mike gave me an estimate and a date he was coming and was very accurate. He and his men arrived on time and finished the project in a week, ( They worked 5 days including Sat & Sun - missed two weekdays due to rain). In that time they removed 5 small brick pillars, a 47'x14' concrete patio ( which was 20 in deep in some areas) , asphalt walkway,a 14' retaining wall and 4 brick deck supports. They replaced the patio and walkway , built a new retaining wall all in pavers. They shored up the deck , put in 4 new supports ( fixing 3 footings and building a new footing for the 4th support that was missing) . Finally , they fixed the brick chimney on our fireplace . They were professional, neat and clean. I found his price competitive even though the whole job was expensive. Total cost for removal, and new work $19500."
