The patio that we replaced was built 10 years ago and held up well for about five years, but then started to degrade at a progressively increasing rate. My wife and I were novices in this original undertaking, and it cost us. We learned that the base that the patio was built on was inadequate, and the pitch was too steep, among other things. When we first met Robert Cappella, he struck us as a true professional. He was very technically knowledgeable and told us about many things to be considered that we were not aware of.
