We had a few ideas about what we wanted but Marco really helped come up with a layout to maximize space and provided ideas we had not considered. The backyard has one small access point which Marco and his team moved more than 17000 lb of blocks through (including down several flights of stairs) by hand. This was all done without a single complaint. The job was left tidy at the end of each day and was finished after 5 days of work. We could not be happier with how it turned out and plan to use 4 Seasons Services for phase 2 of our backyard project."

The project was approximately 25 linear feet of fence with a double gate that extended across a concrete driveway; part of which was sloped. They poured concrete footings, built the fence from scratch to match elevation, and drilled into concrete for a security drop rod. Ricardo and his team exceeded expectations on every dimension: affordability, quality, and professionalism. His bid was highly competitive and his team was able to show up within 1-2 days of estimate acceptance. They were extremely professional, showing up on-time and with comprehensive material clean up. "I have to say that the Island Concrete crew are incredibly hard workers. They arrive, they go to work and they work exceptionally well as a team. They all jump in and do what needs to be done and, if need be, call in extra workers who do the same. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and the work that they did for me. They excavated and disposed of my old driveway, walkway and patio. They poured a much larger driveway and patio, with the walkway staying the same size. The driveway was brushed and the patio was stamped. In addition, they removed, disposed of and rebuilt, using landscaping cement blocks, two retaining walls I had and built two other smaller retaining walls elsewhere in my yard. It was quite the project! They were professional, friendly, patient with me and my questions and cleaned up every day before leaving. "I was very pleased with the very difficult job United Landscaping and Construction Company did of removing a very large tree trunk along with its multiple large underground and on top root system. There was a rock wall along with a rock trim they had to remove along with a small piece of concrete. They then had to put it all back together again after they removed the stump. They did a perfect job. It was a lot of hard work so the price they quoted was fair."
