Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! "I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

They were the first to reach out when I created my request here on Angi and they made the time to come out the next day as soon as they were able. Joe and his brother came out, took a look and quoted me a range depending on the fix they needed to do. Highlights: - I asked Joe if he could take photos for the insurance claim and he took lots of images that I forwarded (Thank you!) - The inspection and quote were fast and accurate - The work was great (we had crazy rain the days following and no more leaks) - Everything was left clean and neat :D nobody can tell any repairs occurred Areas of improvement: - I was getting communications from people and it felt like they were not talking to each other - I wish I was given a copy of the contract before work began - The crew came and left without giving any update - Initial invoice had a different business name"

"I am updating my previous 5-star review bec it was written only after Chris promised to refund a 4% credit card surcharge in exchange for a "good review." Now that the "repair" has failed within 30 days, I realize the quality is completely unacceptable. 1. Inappropriate Materials: During the "repair," the worker used Rust-Oleum High Heat Enamel spray paint on my chimney. This product is designed for BBQ grills and wood stoves, not for waterproofing a roof. It is a cosmetic paint, not a sealant, and it cannot stop a water leak. 2. Improper Process: Despite my requests to fix the exterior leak first, they finished the interior drywall and painting while the roof was still leaking. 3. Lack of Supervision: No manager ever inspected the site. 4. Failed Repair, Denied Warranty: 2 weeks later, the roof is leaking in the same spot, causing my new interior wall to bulge. Despite a "15-year warranty," Chris refused to honor it and instead sent a new quote for $1,800 to fix the same chimney."

Respectful, polite, cared about his employee and completed the job with heavy concrete tiles in a timely manner. Excellent rates.
