"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. He was on-site in less than 90 minutes and he repaired the shingles and the siding to prevent further damage to the roof from the impending rainstorm.
