I worked with Tom on the initial estimate, Martin on the actual work to be done and Jed Mowell, the owner, who came out twice to make sure all work was completed timely and to my satisfaction. Jed even sent me a fruit basket the day after I had some surgery during the project. I can't say enough positive things about their timeliness, the work product they produced and the communication during the entire project. To give some context, I originally hired a different professional to do our concrete pool deck and coping, and they completely messed up the coping. The clean up after competition was excellent. I was not asked to pay anything until the job was finished. Of the three pros I contacted, 4G Construction gave me the best price and did a great job. TEXTED 2 MORE TIMES AND AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. NOW AFTER WAITING OVER 2 MONTHS, I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE JOB WAS DONE 3 DAYS LATER FOR LESS THAN HALF THE QUOTE HE GAVE ME! HE DID ME A FAVOR BY NOT SHOWING UP! THE JOB WAS DONE AND LOOKS AMAZING! SORRY BUT THAT IS NOT PROFESSTIONAL, IF HE CHANGED HIS MIND, JUST LET ME KNOW, I'M COOL WITH THAT, BUT DON'T STRING SOMEONE ALONG AND NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS OR TEXTS. NOT RECOMENDING THEM ANYMORE."
