We provide customizable cleaning plans to fit individual needs and budgets. Nearly 70% of those we provide quotes for chose us. 97% Would recommend us! "I would have rated a 1 star; however, there were a FEW things that were well done. Went over a list prior to first initial visit. It was extensive. They don't move furniture to vacuum, so that wasn't an option. Not all window tracks were cleaned. Waste baskets were not emptied. Film residue on laminate floors, and spots left that didn't come up with just a swiffer. Had to call back to dust wall hangings. Grime wasn't cleaned around kitchen faucet. Sheets/bed change was awful. If you don't like to do it (which she told me she didn't), then don't offer and don't charge. Crud bottom of shower door, bathroom mirrors cleaned with dirty cloth that left wipe marks, window along side of front door missed all together. Base boards neglected. Dirt behind kitchen waste can because it wasn't moved and not mopped under. I was so disgusted that I told the gal, Marki, not to contact me. The check sure got deposited quickly! Little things like incense burner was not emptied; the lid was just shut. I have decided that and maid service is just a waste of money. This $397.40 plus $30 tip (appreciated but not required at time of good bye) was the biggest rip off! I've decided that I can't depend on hired help and will have to do this myself. NOT what I wanted to do, I only wanted a good and honest job to be done and someone consistent to come in every two weeks. I didn't want to leave a yelp review, but I can't get anyone to call me back except the gal that did the job. The tip was obviously given prior to investigation, which I will never do again."
